We can come to your chosen location and get set up with enough equipment to have 2-3 guests making cocktails at the same time.

Who is The Bright Butler?
My earlier days in Glasgow I spent two years working in a high-end cocktail bar and steakhouse. Cocktail bartending, running cocktail masterclasses and training a large number of staff over the time, were just a few of my duties. During my time abroad I got to take in the amazing sites of the UK and Europe, along with experiencing different styles of food, beverages and service throughout the Northern Hemisphere.
Originally from the suburbs of Melbourne, I had an early passion for hospitality and have made a successful career for myself in many different aspects of the industry over my 20 years in employment. After my lengthy travels I decided to come back to Australia and spend more time with my family. I thought I was only staying in Bright for a short time, but it has captured my spirit and I love it here: surrounded by absolute beauty and nature, has been one of the best decisions made to date.
I am overjoyed to be setting up my own business here and sharing my wealth of experience with my clients and bringing bright, happy, fun hospitality.
